Everything was good, had a great stay for friendly greetings and helpfulness during the entire stay. I loved neat rooms with refrigerator and comfortable bed, for example, and polite staff. The hotel's location was favourable, next to Pasadena, the Rose Bowl and downtown. Local fast food option Flame Broiler was 5 minutes walk away.

The hotel was clean, the room was well-appointed and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast with self make waffles. Loved the location, it was stunning and easy, to other coffee shops. I've had a very comfortable stay on the first floor.
The hotel staff was a little rude.

the room was kept very clean and available in clean. also, location was marvellous, within walking distance of amphitheatre. the hotel was in a safe area.
